? ? ? The ZEEKR 9X is equipped with the world-leading “Qianli Haohan H9” intelligent driving system, featuring 5 high-performance LiDARs. These include 1 long-range 520-line LiDAR and 4 self-developed four-directional high-precision all-solid-state LiDARs by ZEEKR. When facing complex road conditions and emergency situations, the ZEEKR 9X can make advance predictions and rapid responses, achieving full-domain, all-directional, and full-time perception without blind spots, significantly enhancing driving safety.

Notably, the 4 self-developed four-directional all-solid-state LiDARs by ZEEKR boast an ultra-wide field of view, with 150 degrees horizontally and 112 degrees vertically, and a maximum detection distance of 15 meters. The 4 all-solid-state LiDAR VCSEL chips work in synergy, covering an area of nearly 1,000 square meters — equivalent to the perception range of approximately 4 tennis courts. They can accurately identify complex road conditions such as suspended obstacles and downward steps.

By adopting a large-area array addressable VCSEL laser emission chip and eliminating moving scanning components, this all-solid-state LiDAR greatly improves reliability and stability, while effectively reducing maintenance costs. It provides all-weather and full-scenario safety guarantees for the vehicle.
Raysea Application
? ? ? In this collaboration, Raysea Technology supplied the VCSEL laser emission chips for the ZEEKR 9X. These chips adopt the unique “Reconstructed Multi-Junction – Single Oxide Layer” architecture (SOMJ, Single-Oxidization Multi-Junction). As introduced in [Raysea Classroom], the SOMJ single-oxide multi-junction technology offers outstanding advantages such as high power density, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, and high reliability. It enables accurate distance measurement and rapid response in complex environments, providing strong technical support for the blind-spot compensation LiDAR system.
